JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Managing the Infrastructure environments of a global company including Servers/Network/Firewall/Storage/Backup/Antivirus systems with agreed service levels
• Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels
• Creating and performing authorized changes to customer environments as necessary
• Scheduled maintenance and patching of Infrastructure environments.
• Installs and tests software & hardware upgrades.
• Responds to IT department concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software and operator problems.
• Prepares and maintains infrastructure operational procedures and documentation.
• Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other IT-related technologies.
• Contribute to the delivery of the overall IT support to users at a global scale.
• Actively participate in the IT communications & the infrastructure implementation.
• Provide proactive services to bring innovative to IT Service in many forms, such as apply new technologies to create a more efficient organization and improve alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.
• Good English communications skills, both oral and written
• May be required to fill in single shifts on managed services shift roster

REQUIREMENT

Junior Level (number: 14)

• International certified professionals will be preferred (CCNA, MCSA, VCP5-DCV)
• Have at least 1 years of experience in infrastructure and system administration and client support.
• Must have a good understanding of LAN/WAN and server architecture for installation, administration, and on-going maintenance.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with various Operating Systems and Desktop software, Switches and Routers.
• Experience with data center consolidation and modernization through the use of server virtualization and cloud computing solutions.
• Have good experience an understanding of MS applications such as Exchange Server, Domain Controller including AD, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, Site, File server, Antivirus, and Virtual Infrastructure of Server and Desktop Virtualization.
• Have a good understanding of applied networks technologies including: protocols interface, optical, etc.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools: Nagios, Solarwinds, ManageEngine…
• Knowledge of ticketing tools to manage incidents/changes/problems tickets
• Requires demonstrated knowledge of IT-related hardware and software systems.
• Work experience with end users.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be willing to work in night shift/weekends/holidays as needed as this is a 24x7 operation team.

Microsoft Senior Level (number: 2)

• Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Hyper-V, System Center, Office 365.
• Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO’s.
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, in a Windows system landscape.
• Must have deep and thorough understanding of Windows Patching methodology, Windows Packaging & Deployment from WSUS, Windows Deployment Service and SCCM
• Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
• Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, best practices and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
• Certification like MCSA / MCSE / MCTS / MCITP in AD, Exchange, Lync, Hyper-V, System Center, Office 365

Network & Security Senior Level (number: 2)

• 5+ years of network administration experience including a strong understanding of Internet/IP related technologies including, but not limited to, layer 2 switching and firewalling
• Working experience for event log monitoring of security devices i.e. intrusion detection/ prevention systems, firewalls, VPN, ACS, and Application level firewalls, content filters.
• Knowledge on working Intrusion detections systems and Understanding of advanced security protocols and standards, vulnerabilities, threats, security breaches over networks, devices, servers, and desktops.
• Understanding on Experience with security practices of Intranet and Extranet.
• Knowledge on Operating systems i.e. Windows, Linux. Along with OS vulnerabilities, switching, routing, wireless networking.
• Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e. workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
• Knowledge and understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Strong troubleshooting ability. Ability to identify and resolve problems in “down” situations
• Working experience in Security device & health monitoring, Antivirus deployment and management/ log monitoring, understanding of Virus/ SPAMs.
• Industry certifications like JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP are preferable

System Senior Level (number: 2)

• International certified professionals will be preferred (MCSA, MCSE, VCP5-DCV, Linux Administrator)
• ITIL qualification or awareness of the ITIL processes for incident/problem management.
• At least 5 years of experience working in infrastructure system.
• Have knowledge of Data Center Management, including design (hardware, software and telecommunications), proactive maintenance and operations.
• Oversee technical documents/ matrix management covering infrastructure/storage/network in order to lead multiple technical teams as part of any major incident.
• Strong experience in SAN/NAS administration and troubleshooting skills with storage systems such as Dell & EMC, … storage products,
• Experience and familiarity in configuring backups system such as Netbackup, Unitrend, Veeam,…
• Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining a high availability data center supporting 24x7 operations
• Experience with Monitoring systems (Solawind, AlienVault …)
